feat: Show user's recommended vehicles in Cost Calculator dropdown

- Fetch vehicles from user's MyRequest
- Show dropdown with vehicle names and prices
- Auto-select first vehicle if available
- Show 'Example: 20,000,000 KRW' if no vehicles
