- Add Analytics.tsx component for tracking with Umami (self-hosted) and Microsoft Clarity
- Update layout.tsx to include Analytics component
- Environment variables: NEXT_PUBLIC_UMAMI_WEBSITE_ID, NEXT_PUBLIC_CLARITY_ID
